World Peace Prayer Pilgrimage at The World Peace Sanctuary, Wassaic, New York-USA

A day long World Peace Prayer Pilgrimage, hosted by Ann Marie Robustelli of WPPS, attended by 26 members primarily from Greece and some from the greater NY area, organized by WPPS Peace Representative, Angelica Cubides.

Ann Marie gave a welcoming introduction and explanation of WPPS Mission, Universal Peace Message and how it is administered through Projects & Programs.

Angelica gave a beautiful speech; she spoke about the years with WPPS as a volunteer Peace Representative. Angelica gave gratitude for WPPS’s Mission and the loyalty of WPPS staff and its members, whom, whole heartedly embrace the Universal Peace Message, May Peace Prevail On Earth.

It was a day of prayers for World Peace, starting with blessing one another, and then as a group walked up the Peace Path, which led to the Ceremonial Field, to the foot of Berkshire Mountains and beyond.

Later in the evening, back at WPPS headquarters, the group gathered with the opening invocation for a World Peace Prayer Ceremony, together declaring…, “May Peace Prevail On Earth!” “May Peace Prevail On Earth!” May Peace Prevail On Earth!” Each person, spontaneously, and with enthusiasm and love announced country names in no specific order, closing in unison…. “May Peace Prevail On Earth!”

This was followed by a pot luck dinner held outdoors, as the sun was setting west. Beautiful and Blessed! May Peace Prevail On Earth!
