Season for Nonviolence-March 12, 2007

A Season for Nonviolence is a campaign honoring the work of Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and Cesar Chavez from January 30-April 4. The World Peace Prayer Society will be a sponsor of the annual UN event for students on March 12th, which will feature a World Peace Flag Ceremony. People around the world are welcome to join us in celebrating the Season for Nonviolence with the prayer “May Peace Prevail on Earth.”
